DIVISION ASSIGNMENT

Research & Development Department

When we started our internship, we were given video tutorials about PHP and Laravel that we practiced for almost 3 weeks. I was able to learn a lot from those tutorials and not only that, we also came across Bootstrap that's a CSS Framework and were thought on how to use Git. They introduced us these languages and guided us in making our project.

Web Developer

A web developer builds, creates, and maintains websites. It includes aspects such as web design, web publishing, web programming, and database management.

Duty as an Intern

• Involve in designing the website.
• Help in the web content development.
• Create web scripts to enable website functionality.

The number of employees in the company is not enough to cater the demands of the increasing clients.

The company's work environment is very adaptable. I don't see any problem with it.

Findings & Analysis

The employees are approachable and is always willing to help whenever we have some problems in the project. And in regards to the company's problem, it's best if the company has more employees for them to accomodate all their clients needs.

OJT-TRANIEE CONCERNS

Things Learned during the OJT

During this training I've learned how to cope up and establish good relationships with the employees. I gained a lot of new technical knowledge through this and it gave me an experince as to how and what it truly feels to be in a corporate world.

Ways to Improve OJT Program

The school should have updated the informations of the list of companies in the school and should also provide a different list for the companies that doesn't have it's MOA yet in the school so students could have more options in applying for an internship.
